I offer confidential Solution Focused hypnotherapy/psychotherapy as well as CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a calm, supportive, non-judgmental and private space.
I am a qualified, insured therapist with over 16 years experience and previously a registered nurse.
As a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy, I abide by their codes of ethics and practice.
The goal of therapy is to help you to challenge and eliminate exhausting, unwanted and limiting thought patterns, behaviour and beliefs about yourself, others and the world around you. Then to use that energy to focus on your goals and move toward that.Therapy can help regain a sense of calmness, focus and control.
